Rocio Montaño Garfias, with experience of more than 12 years in the hospitality business, as General Manager of Hacienda del Mar Vacation Club, her know how in groups, public relations and being in charge of more than 300 employees give to our company the organization and high standards that every high quality catering service needs to be successful.

 

Operations Manager

Miguel Angel Lopez Santamaría, as former Restaurant Director of The Westin Resort & Spa Los Cabos, with 14 years of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry.  While at the Westin, he was in charge of the planning and operations for major company events such as Taylor Made, General Motors, Kimberly Clark, CitiBank, Atari and many more.  He is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

 

Executive Chef

Arianna Girón Vergara, as a part of the new chef generation with a specialty as a pastry chef, Arianna’s kitchen mixes the traditional Mexican food with the newest trends in gastronomy all over the world.  The end result is a fresh and unique menu every time.
