- Your Chef will promptly arrive at your home 30-60 minutes before your selected time on the selected date(s). The chef will need full access to the cooking area for an estimated 60 minutes. Please make your home accessible to your chef on the scheduled cook date. If for some reason, your chef cannot access your home, you will be charged as a last-minute cancellation.
- If you need to re-schedule or cancel, we will always do our best to help. If you confirm your cancellation at least 14 days before the confirmed date, you will receive a full refund, minus a 10% of the invoiced amount for our administration charge.
- We cannot offer any refund if you cancel less than 14 days in advance of the confirmed date. In some instances, we may be able to change the date (as long as the date, time, menu, and the number of people remain the same), subject to availability, but this is not guaranteed.
- All bookings must be fully paid for in advance. Your scheduled dates are not secured until payment has been confirmed.
- Tips/gratuities are not included in the cost and are left to your discretion. Our staff appreciates bringing cash on the day of your service. The tip will NOT be collected along with your online order.
